Pending/ Failed Booking – In this case, we’ll try to confirm the booking at the backend. If it doesn’t get confirmed, you’ll get the complete amount refunded in your wallet within 3 hours from the time the booking got failed/ pending.
Cancellation of Booking by Pax – The amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours once we receive the amount from Airlines.
