If your booking is pending, you will be notified of the same on the website only. You can check the status of your booking, along with traveler & booking information.
To know the status of your refund in terms of your pending booking, you just need to click on ‘View Status‘
As soon as your click on view status, a Request ID is made for your pending booking, where you can find information about your flight confirmation, refund status, etc.
