Terms and Conditions

  1. All services are point to point – Any additional stops and breaks that are provided shall be chargeable unless mentioned otherwise.
  2. Island tour food is strictly Thai unless mentioned otherwise.
  3. Pickup for Krabi 4 island tour is on a local Non AC vehicle
  4. In case guests are staying at private island hotels : pickup time mentioned is from nearest pier on mainland . Please ask hotel to arrange for transfers till mainland or reach out to us for any assistance.
  5. If the height of the child is more than the permissible limit, the additional charges will have to be paid by the guest on the ground.
  6. Any changes in the tour during the trip are to be done through the travel agent only.
  7. TravClan will not be able to help with any last-minute changes for excursions. For any unavoidable circumstances, any changes in the tour date should be informed at least 24 hours before the given timing. Our company may or may not be able to accommodate such changes, and these amendments are at the discretion of the management. Given timings for tour pickups are approximate hence guests should inform their presence in the hotel lobby to hotel concierge staff. Tour Representatives will wait for max. 5-10 minutes for any pickup at the hotel; this is to avoid a delay in pickup for the next respective guest waiting for a pickup.
  8. Early Arrival guests may have to wait at the Airport to get the Airport transfer as per actual scheduled time. If there is any delay in flight it will be shown as No Show. We will however try to arrange another vehicle but it’s always subject to availability.
  9. Please note, that the hotel can ask you to pay some amount at the hotel directly as security. If they find any damages of their property from your end then they will deduct the amount from your security payment else it will be fully refundable at the time of checkout.
  10. During the Songkran Festival (12-20 April 2025), expect significant disruptions due to heavy traffic and road closures. In Phuket and Krabi (13-15 April), delays are likely, with no vehicle services available in Phuket on 13 April. In Pattaya (18-19 April), all transfers and the Coral Island Tour are unavailable due to roadblocks. Departures from Pattaya on 19 April must be before 9:00 AM. Allow at least 6 hours for all airport transfers during this period. Please advise clients to enjoy the festivities and avoid tours during these dates.
  11. Maximum luggage allowed per person is 01 luggage bag & 01 hand bag. If there is any excess luggage agent should inform us before 48 hours and an extra charge may be applicable
  12. If there is a delay in the scheduled time of pickup (Maximum possibility of 15 to 20 minutes, this could
    be due to bad traffic or a delay caused by another guest on the same tour), the tour coordinator will
    inform you about the same.
  13. If the Driver reaches on time and the delay is at the guest’s end, our scheduled hours will be the same and we will cut down on some activities to recover the time. Even if the booking of the Tour is done on the PVT Basis, the vehicle will be provided for a limited period only.
  14. We reserve the right to cancel any part or whole trip for reasons of government decisions, weather conditions, and force majeure for which the clients will be offered an alternate date for the tour.
  15. Tips/gratuities tour Guides/drivers for good service are not included.
  16. Partially or fully unused services in the itinerary are non-refundable
  17. Credit Note shall be issued in case of travel restrictions & Lockdown in Thailand with a validity
    of 3 months time frame (Tariff may change as per the hotels)
  18. No refund will be given for a no-show due to the cancellation of the flight due to technical/weather conditions.
  19. No refunds on cancellations for bookings between 15th December to 15th January because of the High Peak Season.
  20. The hotel allocates rooms depending upon availability at check-in time in the room category specified in your confirmation voucher.
  21. No refund shall be provided if the services & amenities of the hotel are not up to your
    expectations
  22. Thai Pass, RT-PCR test, and National Park fees are not included unless specified in the quotation.
  23. The rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  24. Accommodation will be provided at the mentioned hotels (as mentioned in the quotation) or similar hotels.
  25. Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for the mentioned dates/ month.

Important Guidelines

  1. Surcharges may apply for the travel dates between 15 Dec 24 – 10 Jan 25
  2. National park fees have to be borne by the guest if not included in the package.
  3. SIC Transfers in Island Tours are time-specific. Guests should be in the lobby at the pickup time.
  4. If the height of the child is more than the permissible limit, the additional charges will have to be paid by the guest on ground.
  5. The inter-hotel transfers in Phi Phi island will be provided directly by the hotel or will be self-managed by the guests.
  6. Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
  7. The maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
  8. We will not be responsible for processing refunds for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of a no-show, no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
  9. Terms and Conditions for visiting Tiger Park Pattaya:
    • Children Under 18: Only allowed to visit the Smallest Tiger, Forest Safari, or walk around the park if they are under 160 cm tall.
    • Children Under 13: Must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
    • Visitors 16 Years and Older: Those who are 160 cm or taller can visit the Small, Smallest, Forest Safari, or walk around.
    • Visitors 18 Years and Older: Those who are 160 cm or taller can visit any type of tiger.
    • Disabled Visitors: People requiring a wheelchair or walking stick are not allowed to enter the tiger cage.
    • Reservations: Must be made at least one day before the visit.
  10. PAN Card is a compulsory document as per the new RBI compliance mandate for all international travels/remittances.
  11. Your trip starting will remain unconfirmed if the PAN Card is not submitted before the travel date. In such cases, the booking remains non-refundable
  12. PAN Card of lead pax is required if the family is travelling
  13. The PAN Card of each individual is required if unrelated members are traveling
  14. The PAN Card of the company is required for corporate booking along with the name list of all travelers mentioned in the list on the company letterhead
  15. Visa for Indian nationals can be obtained on arrival as well
  16. Most Meals at hotels and restaurants, unless specified otherwise in the itinerary, do not include drinking water, soft drinks coffee, or tea. These and any other beverages are chargeable
  17. Carry the original vaccination certificate/card (together with a certified copy of English language translation if the certificate/card is not in English or if relevant data are not indicated in English) with you.
  18. Base category Room will be provided in every package category unless asked for the upgrade.
  19. Extra bed means Extra mattress.
  20. We will have only telephonic/mail contact with our customers. We take no liability for the conduct of customers or any dispute between customer and the hotel.
  21. All hotels do not have lift facilities & the guest may have to climb stairs. In case guests have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart, or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action. This is again subject to availability.
  22. No RT-PCR test is to be conducted in India while traveling to Thailand.
  23. Make sure all the travelers are double-vaccinated.

Payment Policy

  1. Payment of INR 1000/- (non-refundable) is required as a token amount at the time of booking to go ahead with your reservation.
  2. Rs. 1000 will only be refunded in case we fail to provide hotel availability
  3. Full payment required 21 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  1. 100% cancellation charges will be applicable if canceled on or less than 21 days before the travel.
