How can I retrieve my PNR on Airline’s website?

PNR is the abbreviation of Passenger Name Record and it is a digital certificate allowing passengers to do online check-in or manage their bookings in a short time.

For retrieving the booking, we need “Airline PNR” and “Last name/ registered Email ID” of the customer

Generally on the Airline’s site, there is an option of “Manage my Booking

Click on Manage my Booking or a similar option

2. Got to “Edit Booking
Note: On some sites there can be further options like “Edit Booking”, not necessarily in all them ( refer to the example of Air India above)


3. We need to mention “Airline PNR” and “Last name/ Registered Email ID” of the guests


Note: In case of GDS Airlines 2 PNRs would be mentioned on the voucher.
For retrieving the booking, you need to use the “Airline PNR” (written alongside the Flight details in the above example.
