1. What caused my payment to fail?
An unsuccessful payment might happen for a variety of reasons. Inadequate funds, inaccurate card details, a payment processor glitch, or a transaction rejection by the customer’s bank due to security concerns are a few of them.
2. When a payment fails, what should I do?
Be assured that your money is secure. Whenever a transaction fails, please submit a request via portal / app. We will investigate the reason for transaction failure immediately. Please submit a request by following the steps below:
- Open travclan.com >> Finances >> Wallet >> Recharge History
- You will be able to track all the previous wallet recharge transactions.
Select the transaction for which you wish to report a problem by clicking on the “Report Issue” button.
4. Click on report this issue option & your concern has been registered with us.
3. Which forms of payment methods are accepted?
The following below mentioned portals can be used to make payment on our portal-
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Credit/Debit Card (Payment Gateway Charges applicable)
- Wallets
- IMPS / NEFT / RTGS transaction
4. How long does it take to receive a refund for an unsuccessful transaction?
If a transaction has failed as per our payment gateway the amount deducted from your end shall be auto refunded within 7-10 working days.
5. It has been over ten days and I still haven't received the refund for the unsuccessful payment. What has to be done?
Usually, the amount gets refunded back from the gateway’s end within 7-10 working days. In such cases, please mail to wallet@travclan.com along with your bank statement from the date of the transaction till date. However, in case you still haven’t received the same we would request you to raise a ticket in a similar way as explained in FAQ No. 2 to know the status of the refund.
6. My payment is getting failed again and again with the same payment method. How can I stop this?
In such a case, we would advise you to use another mode of payment on our portal. Alongside, you can also report an issue for us to investigate in depth.
