The hotel hold feature on TravClan allows you to ‘hold the rooms’ at the current price, for a certain period, without paying for the booking at the time of holding.
You can confirm the reservation once you pay the entire price before the due date.
The hotel hold feature is accessible to those who have Bronze or Gold Membership.

Nil, there are no charges.
Your booking would be auto-released if the complete amount for the booking is not received within the deadline.
There is a “release booking” option in the booking details page from where you can cancel or release the hotel reservation after holding.
“H” will be visible in front of the hotel name that has the hold feature.
To pay for the hotel room you put on hold:
– Go to the ‘Booking‘ Section in ‘Finance’.
– Select the booking you want and click on it.
– On the next page, click on ‘Pay Now’.
– On successful payment, the booking gets confirmed.
You will see the hold deadline on the final page on selecting the room category.
