  6. Tea Museum is closed on Mondays.

Terms & Conditions

  1. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  2. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  3. No refund shall be provided if the services & amenities of the hotel are not up to your expectations.
  4. Night Charges will be applicable if the Vehicle is being used before 7 AM or Post 7 PM.
  5. The above Quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
  6. Cab will be as per the itinerary booked & not at disposal bases.
  7. All hotels do not have lift facilities & the guest may have to climb stairs. In case guests having problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart, or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action. This is again subject to availability.

Important Guidelines

  1. The rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  2. Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
  3. The confirmation is subject to availability.
  4. There will be Extra Night Charges applicable if the Vehicle is being used before 7 AM. or Post 6 PM.
  5. Rooms are subject to the availability. No reservation has been made till date. This is just a quotation. The above rate is valid only for the mentioned dates/ month.
  6. The above Quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings. If we are not able to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
  7. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Roadblocks, or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  8. Base category Room will be provided in every package category.
  9. Houseboat check-in will be at 1300 hours & checkout by 0900 hours.
  10. Standard check-in time is 1200 hours & check-out time is 0900 hours.
  11. Houseboat AC timings are from 9 PM to 6 AM (In the deluxe category) & 24×7 (In the premium category).   Meal plan applied on APAI / full board basis (ie; inclusive of breakfast, lunch & dinner)
  12. The Menu is normally fixed. Any changes to be intimated in advance.
  13. Check in: noon, Check out: 9 AM. One stay is for 21 hrs and not for 24 hrs.
  14. Beverages & any cook-to-order will be charged extra on actual.
  15. The boat will be anchored in the lake or canal during the night & will not cruise after 17.30 hrs.
  16. Air conditioners in the bedroom will be switched on only from 9 PM to 6 AM. (Budget and Deluxe)
  17. In case of A/C failure, Non A/C deluxe houseboat tariff will be charged.
  18. Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
  19. Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
  20. We will not be responsible for processing refunds for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of a no-show, no refund or rescheduling is applicable.

 

NOTE: ROOMS AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND WILL BE RECONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Payment Policy

  1. Payment of INR 1000/- (non-refundable) is required as a token amount at the time of booking to go ahead with your reservation.
  2. Rs. 1000 will only be refunded in case we fail to provide hotel availability
  3. 30% payment required at the time of booking confirmation
  4. 70% payment required 10 days before the travel date
  5. 50% deposit is required for hotel room reservation
  6. Full payment is required as per the hotel policy

 

Vouchers will be released 72 Hours Post receipt of 100% Money & Documents”

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Fee will be applicable as below corresponding to Date of Travel
  2. Booking date to 21 days of  the Travel date – Zero cancellation
  3. Within 21 days to 15 days of the Travel date – 25 % of the Invoice amount
  4. Within 15 days – 100% of the Invoice amount
