Please note that hotels may request a security deposit at check-in, and the amount varies from property to property. For guests traveling from Singapore to Malaysia by coach, it is mandatory to disembark at the immigration center with all luggage for inspection.
We recommend opting for a private transfer for dinner, as most Indian restaurants are not within walking distance from major hotels.
Maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 10 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 10 mins mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
The standard driver waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes, and guests are required to complete the Malaysia Arrival Card details prior to their arrival to prevent any delays at the airport.

Customers travelling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by Coach need to call the Hotline Number after crossing SUNGAI BESI TOLL PLAZA for timely pick-up from the Coach drop-off point.
Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
We will not be responsible for processing refund for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no-show, no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
Sedan Car: Such as the Nissan Almera or Perodua Bezza, accommodates up to 3 passengers with space for 2 standard check-in luggage pieces and 1 standard cabin bag.
MPV: Examples include the Perodua Alza or Toyota Innova, designed for up to 4 passengers and capable of carrying 4 standard check-in luggage items along with 2 standard cabin bags.
VAN: Models like the Toyota Hiace or Nissan Urvan can seat up to 6 passengers, offering storage for 6 standard check-in luggage pieces and 4 standard cabin bags.
XL VAN: Like the Placer X, accommodating up to 10 passengers, capable of holding 8 standard check-in luggage items while providing space for 4 standard cabin bags
PAN Card is a compulsory document as per the new RBI compliance mandate for all international travel/remittances.

Your trip starting will remain unconfirmed if the PAN Card is not submitted before the travel date. In such cases, the booking remains non-refundable
A PAN Card of lead pax is required if the family is travelling
The PAN Card of each individual is required if unrelated members are travelling
The PAN Card of the company is required for corporate booking along with the name list of all travelers mentioned in the list on company letterhead
Additional Guidelines
A Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 per room per night will be levied for all foreign tourists staying at hotels across Malaysia, as per the Malaysia Tourism Tax Act 2017. The tourism tax amount is not included in the room rate and it will be collected from guests directly at check-in.
SIC Transfers do not apply from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Only private vehicles will be applicable with a midnight surcharge. 25 USD surcharge will be applicable per vehicle.
Payment Policy
Payment of INR 1000/- (non-refundable) is required as a token amount at the time of booking to go ahead with your reservation.
Rs. 1000 will only be refunded in case we fail to provide hotel availability”

Cancellation requests received on or less than 21 days to Travel Date: 100% cancellation charge will be applicable
Cancellation requests received with more than 21 days to Travel Date; No cancellation charge will be applicable.
