To claim the refund of cancellation charges, Agent can raise a MediCancel request by emailing at b2bflights@travclan.com .
Agent/Passenger needs to intimate about the MediCancel Insurance within 7 days of the departure date.
Submit the documents
Claim will be processed by within 14 calendar days after receipt of complete documents
In case of claim approval, payment is made to the customer and settlement letters (soft copy) are shared.
In case of rejection of claim, query is shared with the customer for further response. If not deemed right, it will be rejected. A rejection letter (soft copy) will be shared as well.

As per the insurance claim, in the event of cancellation of the flight ticket, you can claim reimbursement up to ₹3,500 (one-way)/ ₹7,000 (round trip) in case of both domestic & international flight booking.
Complete airline cancellation fee subject to the sum insured will be refunded, if the claim satisfies all the terms and conditions of the policy.
