Visit the flight section on your TravClan portal.
Once you select your desired flight and click on the traveler details page, you can add meals/baggage from there.
After selecting your desired flight, you will be required to add traveler’s details and other additional requirements. At the end of the page, before continuing to payment, you will be able to select seats by clicking on the “select seats” option.
You will not be able to select seats till the time you fill in the passenger details.
You cannot hold a booking when you have selected any of the three meals, baggage or seats in the respective flight booking. You may hold that booking only after removing all the selected add ons.
Check-in baggage refers to the baggage provided by the airline for that particular itinerary. It does not cost anything and comes within the net price of the flight booking.
Baggage selected under SSR is the extra baggage you select that is chargeable. It is an add on to the check in baggage provided by the airline.
Example–
Check In Baggage – 15 KG
SSR baggage opted – 10 KG
Total baggage permitted = 25 KG
No, only one meal/baggage can be added against each passenger.
The selection of segments for providing customers with the meal entirely depends on the airline. The passenger can always reach out to the flight attendant and ask about the same.
In such a case, seat selection can be done after booking.
You can either raise a request from the “Raise Request” section or reach out to the team on b2bflights@travclan.com
You can click on the “reset” button next to your previously saved seats to reselect.
This reset button is used to REMOVE all the seats added to the itinerary. To reselect the seats one has to open seats, deselect the seats he wants to change and then assign a new seat to that passenger.
Visit the Bookings page on your TravClan portal. You will be able to see your SSR details in the booking details section against the respective PNR.
You can also check all the SSR details in Voucher and Invoice of that particular booking.
In such a case, meals/baggage or seats can be added after booking. You can either raise a request from the booking section or email us on b2bflights@travclan.com.
Yes, your voucher and invoice will contain every SSR details.
